Prices, billing terms, renewal terms, and refund terms will be shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
  • Credentials and certificates. Any certificate or recognition connected to a program reflects completion of that program's requirements. It is not a professional license and does not replace any training, licensing, or policy required by law or by your employer.

8. No guarantee of results

Brain health and care outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee that our education, programs, or materials will prevent, delay, cure, or reverse any condition, or produce any specific result. Stories, examples, or testimonials shared through the Services reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results.

9. Third-party links and services

The Services may contain links to, or content from, third-party websites and services, such as retailers, video platforms, social media, payment processors, and learning platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.

While we work to keep information accurate and current, health research changes over time, and we cannot guarantee that every piece of content is complete or up to date.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interact Well Care, its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

We may suspend or end access to the Services, or any part of them, at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

15. General terms
